"This hotel is clean and quiet, with very friendly staff. It's pretty centrally located, with a bus stop right in front, and it's just a few blocks from a major subway stop. It's only a few blocks from Nijo-jo Castle (make reservations online, to see inside). There's a 7-11 across the street, and if you want to stock up your room with groceries, there's a Life store a few blocks away. They have EXCELLENT sushi and other prepared foods, at very low prices. "

"Had a great stay here for 3 nights with 2 adults, 2 kids. The room was comfortable, immaculate, well equipped. My only complaint about the room would be the fridge temperature - it turned everything to ice by the morning. Great for bottles of water to take out for the day, not so much for left over snacks. We did not use the spa area although the option was available. The breakfast choices were amazing, and they managed the volume of people well. An 8 minute walk from the station, bus stop...

"Front desk staff were very helpful and able to communicate in English, they will help you in resolving any issues with the room and facilities, and they will also help with engaging the luggage forwarding service. There is a call center service as well if needed so there's always help on hand. "The hotel is really nice and very conveniently located in walking distance to Nishiki market and walkable to some neighborhoods that are all nice and cute. The hotel rooms are small though, but if you just want to use the rooms to sleep at night it's ok. We stayed in a room with a 5 year old sleeping on the floor.
