"It was so warm and this hotel have only small fan."

"Room looks clean but when I woke up in the morning covered in bites whole of my arms around 50-100 bits. My stay is 10-14 May 2018, it continued they did not go away but seem to progress. I realized that the room was overflowing with these tiny bugs. I immediately showed the manager on duty twice times (not the same manager) where I had bites on my arms but since I could not find any actual bugs in the room, both of them are the same react, they would not offer me any kind of refund or the price...

"Pro: The hotel is situated at the heart of the old town. Very near to the train station. Con: There is no kettle and room is quite small."

"The hotel is close to clock tower and square. Very loud noise from drunk people and clock tolls every hours. Reception is not friendly."

"All staffs are great, supportive, kind, energetic, good service mind. Good location easy to access from train station and attractive spot!"

"The place is great but I didn’t like the breakfast service. The lady in the restaurant was very pushy. I wanted a la carte option but she pushed to buffet option. She may have meant to help but it didn’t come across right. Other than that, it’s a nice location and convenient. "
