"The only negative remark is that there were stains on the wall -like someone killed a mosquito or another insect on the wall. Also, it would be nice if the apartment had mosquito net on the windows. While there was some net around the beds only, it didn’t stop mosquitoes from being in the apartment and seeing that there is no air conditioner, opening the window is necessary. "Property is at a serene place. Grace was fantastic with communication. Keep the good job. The only con is that they don't have a backup power Incase the power goes off. Try to fix this as some of your clients would be working remotely and highly dependant on electricity and internet."

"Customer loyalty is lacking . I come regularly to your hotel and since I have to travel overnight and arrive early few hours before the checking , I have never once been offered breakfast nor a hot drink when you know your customer has had a tiring journey . You stuck to your policy ‘as one checks in at 12 you don’t qualify for a breakfast ! This for me is poor customer loyalty ! "

Amazing historic hotel - superior staff

"An amazing historic hotel in downtown Nairobi. You can even get a historical tour of the hotel. First class establishment and staff - all the way. They say the Thai restaurant is the best dining experience in the city - it did not disappoint. Upgrading to a room where you get access to the lounge is very worth it, in my opinion. "
