Inside the property are two large comfortable bedrooms that each have their own on suite bathrooms with fabulous powerful showers. "We loved this place but number one issue they were charging $16 for each trash bag and second so many rules about guest and spending time at property and they mentioned that after we booked the place.Other issue we couldn’t find towel there after 24 hours we found it in dryer and no second key in lock box for 2 familles. Overall place was so clean comfortable and nice."

"Expedia description of house is misleading. We expected the entire house, as per description but when we arrived there was already someone in the house and were informed we only booked the basement. How does the entire house become just a smelly basement apartment. And the upstairs renters had the master code to the basement and let us in as our pass code didn't work. We felt unsafe. The Bay Suites, the host company, lied and said they changed the master code so the upstairs renters...

"Never made it to the stay. Booked/paid in advance via Expedia. According to the checkin directions the property is supposed to send instructions via email 24 hours in advance, that never happened after repeated requests. We contacted Expedia they attempted to get a hold of the proper owner and couldn’t. The day of checkin after several phone calls/left messages and texts the property owners finally messaged us via text with a link to pay and asked me to send a picture of my ID. I relayed and...
