We came back to stay for one night, we got placed in a smaller room, and had a difficult time checking in at the front desk. Would have loved to have gotten the same type of the previous room.

We really enjoyed our stay the amenities were great! We loved having a washer and dryer for a longer stay. So close to all amusement parks and very kind staff at the coffee house and our first check in went great.

The pool area is very nice with a few pools and hot tub but not much is going on during the beginning of December. The property provides a complimentary shuttle to SeaWorld which is a bonus. The staff that booked the shuttle for us is not friendly. All other staff are very welcoming. Our king size room is very well maintained. Parking is convenient. There is an area shuttle stop at the main entrance of the resort. I think it cost $2 per ride.

The rooms are bright spacious with beautiful private balcony . Walking paths around the lake and pool are well landscaped . Close to amusement parks and shopping. I didn’t care for all the games played around the pool with staff on loud speaker it was to long and very loud and not relaxing atmosphere. .

Outdoor gardens are a wonder to see. Nothing special about the rooms. 10pm after a long day we found out the shower gel bottle was empty, a fail there tells you about lack of attention to detail for the little things that matter.
