⭐⭐ 2/5 - Disappointing Stay with Multiple Issues Our 5-night stay was challenging from start to finish. After a cross-country flight, we arrived at 1 PM requesting early check-in. Despite promises to text us when a room was ready, we waited over 3 hours with multiple follow-ups, finally getting our room at 4:20 PM. First night was particularly distressing. During our daughter's shower, the emergency alarm system activated at full volume, with redundant alarms in both master bedroom and living room. Our 9-year-old, who has ADHD and is sensitive to loud noises, was terrified. The children's bedroom had no door, leaving them fully exposed to the noise. We had to cover the master bedroom alarm with a towel to reduce volume. The alarm activated again at 10 PM while we slept. Noise issues continued throughout our stay. On our third night, neighbors blasted music until 1:20 AM despite two calls to security. Our final night, different neighbors disrupted our sleep from 10:25 PM to midnight - particularly problematic as we had a 1 AM wake-up for our flight. Major Issues: - Faulty alarm system with no explanation from staff - Poor room design (bedroom without door) - Ineffective noise control during quiet hours - Delayed check-in despite early arrival - Security unable to maintain quiet hours While staff was polite, their responses were ineffective. I took my daughter for her birthday, we had an awesome experience! From the time I booked the room, the front desk reached out and made sure we had the beat vacation ever! They communicated everything we us and made sure all of our request were handled ASAP. Love this place, will definitely be going back again

Overall the hotel is fine, it’s older. Our room had the queen bedroom and the bunkbeds but that room had no door? We were directly across from the pool pump and honestly that kind of stunk as it turns on and is quite loud. My biggest complaint was the communication. I was told to check in at 1:00 when I called and upon arrival our room wasn’t ready and the hotel was not very accommodating. I would not have gone as I know that most check in take place at 4. Then there was no follow up call or text. Just sort of aggravating. I also wish all fees were clear up front as we paid an extra $50 for resort fees. The shuttle only went to Magic and Epcot so that didn’t work for us. The location is great though. Overall just super meh.

I I think you get what you pay for. Don't expect the Ritz-Carlton but I will say the rooms were very clean the bathroom was very clean the staff were very friendly

Las habitaciones me gustaron lo único con lo que no estoy de acuerdo es en pagar parking a los carros porque yo salí el sábado 23 de noviembre y cuando ya regresé ya no tenía parqueo no había parqueo en todo el área del hotel y se supone que tú pagas por el parking tienes que encontrar parqueo
