The rooms were very clean and contained anything you could possibly need. However, the place is not really friendly when it comes to the elderly and the disabled. We were ignored sometimes when we requested transport to another area of the resort and told to walk to a shuttle stop. I would definitely look for somewhere more disabled-friendly in the future.

The wifi did not work at all, i asked many times to have it fixed and received another network to connect to and it didn’t work. Lady tried brushing me off at the front desk saying I was putting in a password to the internet when there isn’t one. She spoke over me and wouldn’t let me tell her what my concern was. The bathroom was poorly cleaned, bath tub has pubic hairs, fruit flys and a centipede in it. I asked to switch rooms and they said they’d have to look if they had room and never got back to me. Truly upsetting.
