Overall, Our stay at Watergate was very peaceful secluded and relaxing. Far as the other amenities you have to pay for everything including dinning, you can’t even play at the basketball court without having to pay for a ball. The staff was a bit weird and constantly questioning us I understand for security purposes and making sure the resort remains safe you know considering there is no real gate and security let’s anyone inside they came off harsh ride and unfriendly each time. Overall the stay was amazing but they could offer more things to guest far as dinning and making sure we feel welcomed professionally.

This resort is overflowing with amenities. The grounds are well maintained with paths that meander throughout the sprawling property. Our one bedroom suite was luxurious with a jacuzzi tub for relaxation, a large dual head shower and all the comforts of home. We enjoyed a glass of wine on the screened balcony overlooking the views of the lake. Excellent property, will definitely return.

The air conditions does not work and they control the AC to 71 F all the time even you adjust to 80 F. It is so cold during the mid night and the last day I got a cold due to the low room temperature. Also, no one did cleaness everyday. it is a worest experience in Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa Universal Studios Area. I hope everyone should re-consider this resort when you want to visit.

The only problem we had is that the floor in our villa was very dirty. My son’s socks were black within minutes. I didn’t feel comfortable walking around the room without shoes.
