"Customer service is brilliant and overall the hotel is clean. I stayed in a standard room which was clean, had air conditioning, clothing storage, additional seating and toiletries provided. However no coat hangers were provided, no mosquito net and there are no bedside electric outlets for charging mobile etc. The food was mediocre but edible and the restaurant itself is very dated. "Very nice staff. straightforward ,polite and efficient. Room was spacious and clean with tea and coffee , water and towels. The roof top terrace is great. Interesting views but also high enough to get a much needed breeze. We were there on wed for their Jazz and poetry night which was quite fun. The food isn't cheap but it all tastes good. Breakfast is variable but ok"
