The Queen Studio room was great, clean and a loaded with whatever utensils and tools you need to cook simple meals. The walls are pretty thick, didn't hear any chatter or noise from the neighbouring rooms, only the doors when opened/closed. It was a cold week during my stay and I had no issue raising the temperature from the thermostat, the heater was responsive and quick to warm up the room. I used the app for check in and check out(not for booking though). It's pretty intuitive to use, you get everything you need from here, the room info, code(mobile key is also an option), and customer assistance. A block away from Bank St which has a lot of restaurants and some grocery stores. There's also a bunch of OTranspo buses that pass by this street.

The hotel is very iconic! It’s modern very comfortable and what hotel has a full kitchen! I’m very much so coming back. Only thing missing is breakfast and free Parking but hey you gutta start somewhere. I will come back again soon !

The instructions does not provide to us how to use the facility amenities clearly during check in. It will be good to have instructions guide inside the room such as how to operate the TV, where to get coffee, tea garage bag etc Do get me wrong , the receptionist did a great job to answer the questions

Great value close to the University of Ottawa. The rooms/apartments are modern and clean. The online check-in process is easy but if you're not tech friendly I'm sure it can be done on arrival at the front desk. No need to see anyone though as online check-in gives you a code to the building and your room. I'll be staying here again for sure.
