Thank you to Diego for giving us lots of great restaurant recommendations! The pool was amazing and came in very handy during a few rainy afternoons as it’s indoors. Our room was perfect and super quiet at night despite being central location. We would highly recommend it and hope to go back soon."

"Loved this place. The staff is high energy and super helpful. It’s a stones throw from Atocha station so you can pretty much get anywhere from here. My only complaint was that my first floor room looked out over the bar area and it stayed noisy until well past midnight. Maybe next time I’ll just ask for a quieter room. We booked a Red Level Deluxe room which included Club Room access and separate check-in on the 7th floor. "Our room had an amazing walk out balcony (6th Floor) with a large awning so it was useable even in the rain. Convince food store right across the street. Shower was inconvenient and felt somewhat unsafe as it was an elevated tub with no handles to get in and out and only a hand held spray but no hook so you had to hold it in one hand the entire time.
