"Friendly and helpful staff. Good location facing the beach, easily walkable to Paihia town and wharf, also Whitangi Treaty Grounds. On the downside, some noise from the petrol station adjacent to the property. The room was well-equipped, and daily room servicing was excellent. "My deluxe suite room, with spa bath, was just lovely. The view from the deck was of lovely trees, and you could see birds playing on the lawn. The whole room was spotless and furnishings were new and comfortable, especially the bed and pillows. The staff very friendly and helpful. Only 2km to Kerikeri shops and the weekend market was in walking distance. Would recommend."

"We had an amazing time at this hotel! Great facilities, everything was always kept clean and tidy, the pool and grounds were maintained beautifuly, and the food at the hotel restaurant was wonderful! Hotel was an easy walk into the main tourist area and marina. The manager Debbie was absolutely fantastic - cannot say enough about how kind and attentive she was to us, espcially to my elderly mother. We had an issue with the AC at the start of our stay and she came in person to check it out and bring maintenance people to fix the issue. She was also very sweet to my mom, actually running her into the main marina east day so that she wouldn't need to walk. All in all, cannot recommend this hotel and staff enough! We would love to return!"
