We’ve been to Paris numerous times. This hotel by far is the most beautiful and amazing place we’ve ever stayed at. It’s such a special place not just because of the elegant architecture but also the service you get from the staff and the owner is exceptional! You will be treated as special guests at a private mansion. Very unique experience! Breakfast was also excellent. I highly recommend this hotel!! We are already planning to go back!

Le Cinq Was A Nice Hotel. Had A Few Issues Though. The Food At The Restaurant Was Not Good,Ordered Some Salmon To Only Find Out It Was Raw Salmon. Tried to send it back and they wouldn’t refund it. Manager told me to “know what I’m ordering before I order it”. Others where checked up on and food was served to them before us and we was there first. I believe it was cause we were Americans. 2nd the room was nice I paid for a Valentine’s Day decoration for the room in my opinion it was nice but not worth the price they asked for to do it it was kinda half way done. The TV had the wrong name on it it was a different couple that kinda killed the mood. The bathroom shower drains really slow if you take long showers it will spill out to the middle of the floor. Overall the Le Cinq was just okay. They need to tidy up on a few things to be considered 4-5 star hotel

The staff were lovely but the facilities weren't impressive.
The junior suite isn't really a suite, and it's more like a regular room. The phone in the room was beeping all night so we had to place it outside the door. The food for room service was extremely limited and overpriced. There was mold in the jacuzzi area and pool areas so we only used it once. And, the gym is a very small crammed room with about 5 machines. The photos online are not a good representation.

Definitely pre-book your tickets! Didn’t give 5 stars only bcos it rained and we couldn’t enjoy the Gardens ... so ‘wasted’ that full ticket

Far too busy - so many people in the palace which made it difficult to see in any real detail. Staff were miserable and not very helpful

Get a skip the queue timed entry ticket otherwise it was a two hour wait in baking heat ( Saturday- busy)

Go early to avoid queues albeit might not be possible. Take a brolley if raining or get soaked in the queue!!
