"Was difficult to check in, since I arrived after 6pm and they didn’t send me code for the master lock outside. I had to ask a stranger to call them since they only spoke Italian and her assistant with very bad English was not available. There was no hot water in the room (something happened to the boiler), so I had to wait for the assistant in the morning next day to change rooms (to their credit the fee was complementary to compensate for the inconvenience). "I stayed at Casa Vacanze Sant Anna with my husband and 5 year old son and would thoroughly recommend it. We arrived late in the evening after a long day travelling to find the owners were waiting for us and gave us a very warm welcome. The apartment is full of character and is in an old 17th century palazzo in a central location. We had a problem with the cooker running out of gas but this was fixed very quickly. "
