Good location. just a short walk to beach and plenty eating options nearby. The room is specious and cleaned to a good standard on arrival. Most of the staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was not bad. Check out process was not smooth though, i believe staff at check out desk should be friendly, polite and communicate clearly with the guest. Overall good place to stay in Phuket.

Air conditioning went off several times which was annoying. But the staff fixed it very quickly each time.
