"We were simply told that the property had been sold to the railroad by an very unprofessional staff member at the desk. Though we paid for the room, they offered no reimbursement! Upon check in, to be told that the room you paid for did not exist, was utterly shocking! Then to be treated with callous disregard and forced to walk out of the hotel without a room on a busy weekend was inexcusable."
