"What a very lovely hotel in a beautiful situation on the town square. Views were dynamic. Room was beautiful and very carefully put together. Perfect bar/restaurant on ground floor. Very good market fish of the day. The staff were all extremely helpful and my daughter and I would love another visit."

"Listed building so a little querky. No aircon but roof fan worked well, and quiet. Location 2 minute walk from town centre. Parking right beside hotel and safe. But above all the staff where extremely helpful 😀"

"The hotel has historic elements mixed with the very modern and is extremely attractive. Our room was a little dated but was kept very clean and was much larger than average. The bathroom was spacious and had everything you need. The location is excellent - right in the centre of the village, and for wine lovers an easy walk to many producers for a tasting. "It ok, however: The air con did not work and felt hot they said it would be fixed but was not had to sleep With an open window on the grownd for the second night! There was no hand dope by the sink. When I asked to please book me a taxi as my phone would not work it was only after begging as I had a train to catch a taxi was called! Therefore two bad nights and a stressful Morning"

"Check in wasn't great - took 3 room changes to get the book ed twin room instead of a double. Restaurant was very good - good food with quick service. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast. Sadly our stay was spoiled by another hotel guest shouting and singing at 2am for about an hour. Eventually someone came to deal with it but our night's sleep was ruined. Also there were smokers in the non-smoking rooms which we could smell. "

"Stayed at this hotel as an overnight stop when travelling to Italy. Panicked when I saw check in closed at 9pm but as long as you have paid upfront you can check in on a computer there and are given a PIN code for your room. Room is what you expect, simple but clean. "

"The hotel is quite isolated and there are no dining options around. It is advertised as having air conditioning, but I would not rely on that. Luckily it cooled down at night. Comparing to other hotels in the area, it was overpriced for what it offers."

"Fantastique !! J'ai séjourné dans la pagode, tout simplement époustouflant de beauté, de tranquillité. J'ai été bercée par le chant des oiseaux, le bruit du vent dans les feuilles.. C'est tout confort : kitchenette bien équipée, meme du café ! Un lit de princesse, une terrasse sous les arbres.je recommande !!"
