"The condo was dirty, there were roaches, mold in the shower, furnitures were different parts of other furnitures put together. The contact person argued about leaving 4 towels when there was clearly only 2 in the room and when 8 asked if they can bring me the 2 towels needed, her excuse was they are out of town. The other person Galvin, did not even bother answering his phone. I called to let them know that I am checking out early due to the condition of the property, but no one has communicated...

"I have been unsure getting a place to stay like Condotel or like bed&breakfast, its my first time ever and it proves that i will never stays at condotel… This place is the WORST, the AC is like an engine of a truck running, u will never get sleep, we shut it off and sacrifice the heat of the room. "The apartment is lovely & very very close to NAIA Terminal 3 for an early or late Cebu Pacific flight. The disappointment for me was that it's not a hotel or even a guest house, nobody was expecting me and I had to find correct apartment block & then ask around thinking I'd been ripped off for about 20 minutes then wait around another 20 minutes for a caretaker to let me in. She said she had no idea who owned the apartment, I don't know how she confirmed I was a legitimate guest. It was late &...
