"Clean rooms "

"This was our first visit to Bangkok and we loved this hotel. We stayed in a garden view, high floor room (20th floor), with breakfast included. Hotel staff were friendly, professional and very helpful. The room was beautiful and had a great view. Bed was comfortable and had all the required amenities. The room was quiet - didn’t hear any noise from neighbours (sides or above). The pool is on the 24th floor, which was amazing after a day of site seeing or shopping. The city view was beautiful...

"Really amazing, helpful staff and lending me a wheelchair and helping out with my special needs. Excellent room overlooking the city view. All in all 5 stars, but the breakfast facility and offering was a bit too modest and did not meet my expectations. "
