"Extremely convenient as it is next to Phloen Chit BTS and near to most of the shopping mall such as Siam Paragon, CentralwOrld, Big C, Terminal 21 and also Erawan Shrine. The only setback is the non-stop traffic jams at the road fronting the hotel. For example, we were tired after shopping at Terminal 21 carrying a lot of shopping bags and decided to take a Grab back to our hotel. We were stucked in serious traffic jam and it took us almost 2 hours to reach the hotel. We could have taken the BTS and only take less than 10 mins. So if you are taking BTS other than Grab or taxi, this hotel is a fantastic location. "

"The room was on the 47th floor. It was spacious and the view was nice overlooking bangkok skyline. There was jacuzzi in the room, but we did not have time to try. Free top up of snacks and amenities in the room everyday. There was also machine to provide free coffee and tea at the lobby. There was one issue, however. The microwave oven did not seems to work, which we had to ask for the staff to provide cooking pot and pan so that we could heat up our takeaway food. Overall, we were glad to stay in this hotel. "

"Brilliantly all round nice hktel. Staff reall friendly & helpfull. Room was nice. Really nice toilet with all the controls in a Brilliantly bathroom. I opted firca upgrroom which come with a bsth aswell as shower. Bed was a little hard but by no means not comfortable. I got a free mini bar. Plug was socket with all the option's but doesn't have usb points in. "
