"The value for the money was not there for me! Plug in that didn’t work, room checked into was not the room booked and when asked to be move to what I paid for there was no offer to fix the problem at all. There was an event booked that limited some amenities…no prior warning, was only told about it after the check in. Very nice lobby, breakfast buffet was amazing, the rest of the food options were way way overpriced."

"First time staying at this hotel. Have to say that the staff were excellent, everything was kept tidy and the location was great for a number of different areas of interest. The security was interesting, instead of a safe in your room it is behind reception and has 2 keys that have to go in together, 1 for you and 1 for the staff, which I thought was mega secure and a good idea. Only thing stopping the 5 stars are that the hotel could do with an overhaul, looks like there have been no upgrades...
