"The location for what we needed was awesome. We had got the bigger room- 1 king/ 2 queen suit. It was perfect for our family. The staff was super sweet and helpful. Only reason I gave it a 4/5 stars is because the 2nd bedroom smelt like wet dog so bad and we could NOT get the smell to go away. Even the staff had given us the room spray. You can tell it’s an older hotel but didn’t bother us at all. Everything worked, it was spacious, and quiet. "

"Great breakfast. Staff was friendly. Bbq pit was a great plus. Pool looked clean and nice. Bed was hard as a rock. Elevators were broken. Floors in room made my feet black. My shower wouldn’t let me take a bath. Dog poop all over the grass. Over all, I would come back again. "

"I'll start with what I didn't like, I reserved a double queen room, but when I checked in I was given a single queen room. I tried to reason with the young lady with zero success or compromise, blaming it on third party (Expedia) misrepresentation etc. I was pleasantly surprised to get a call from management the next morning offering to move us to the correct room for day two of our stay.
