"That smell from the resort was bad The pool looked green as if it was never cleaned for weeks The staffs did not have a smile at the reception and always turned their gaze away to avoid conversation. There are dogs sleeping in eating areas The resort is isolated from the points of interest in the area though buses are available almost everywhere within the area The one thing I liked is nth went missing from our stuffs"

"Stayed here before and will certainly stay again. The best OYO I have ever used - often they are less than wonderful !! But although this Is not in totally prime condition, I have no real criticisms. Room / bed / shower were all good. The only niggle is the lack of a kettle & mugs - but that is not unusual in even 4* Thai hotels. Bar / coffee prices are VERY reasonable. "

"Guest house in a nice location, close to the sea. reception works a few hours a day. lucky that I arrived during the reception's working hours, (guests who arrived outside the reception's working hours were not in the apartments for long hours) the reception does not accept payment cards, I had to spend all my cash. the room is large, bright and with a balcony, the cleanliness is even better. the bed is big, comfortable, firm but squeaky. "Remote location outside Rayong, in the forest. You need a car to get here. Overall quite ok. They have built a number of new small houses, big space for a cheap price. Not good: Bathroom door is only 160-170cm high. I bang my head sooooo many times. They really should put in new doors. No cleaning! I stayed 1 week for some business in Rayong.
