"Great hotel. Had the unfortunate incident where hotel staff allowed a group of young men to play their boom box at the pool and later at the pool side restaurant. Very unfortunate as it put a damper on an otherwise wonderful time. Shame on you management!"

"Nice hotel and friendly, helpful staff. Room was very good. I liked the rooftop area with bar and very nice pool. Good location. It's very close to the red light district which has loads of bars and restaurants - not all are sleazy! Try Juniper Hotel bar on the 12th floor. Great views. It's on Street 130 (one street from Sun & Moon). Quay area is nice and Royal Palace is walkable."

"The best thing is the wonderful staff - that’s everyone including cleaners. I appreciated that each would say hello and smile but not ‘over the top’ attention. There really is a vibe of nothing is too much trouble and they want you to have the best experience as a guest. Rooms very comfortable, pool and seating is gorgeous, pool cafe menu and food delicious and breakfast so generous. Honestly, nothing I did not like! Thank you for a such a wonderful, restful stay getting over jet lag! "
