Cassia cottages has a beatiful campus directly on the ocean with clean rooms and an excellent restauraunt on site. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us make the most of our time in Phu Quoc. The included breakfast was very good as well.

After experiencing the hustle and bustle of Ho Chi Minh City and Hoi An we were ready for some relaxation. Our experience at Cassia Cottages was very tranquil and serene, just what we were looking for. The property has a lovely restaurant, Spice House, and a fun beach bar to take in the gorgeous sunsets. The pools, and the beach were great. A good area for long beach walks! The staff was really a highlight for us. They were very friendly and helpful, we thoroughly enjoyed our interactions with them. Our room was spacious and clean. The outdoor shower was wonderful! All in all a lovely facility that we would be happy to return to.

Excellent property with great service. The staff are wonderful especially Nhut, Anh and Hangm. The property has 3 pools, a delicious restaurant and beautiful plants all over. I do not have enough good things to say about Cassia Cottage or the lovely staff who work there!!! The property is absolutely stunning, as is the views of the ocean. With complementary sunset drinks each day, poolside service available, an epic breakfast spread and so many other services available, my partner and I hardly felt the need to leave the property haha. We saw a mix of families, couples, and solo travellers—genuinely there is something for everyone. Great quiet location but also close enough to any shopping, restaurants, tourists spots you might want to go to. We rented a scooter one day from Cassia Cottage for a really reasonable rate and were able to see everything else we wanted to see as well. All that to say—GO!

I'd stay here all the time if I could!
I loved my stay at Cassia Cottage. They upgraded me upon my arrival which was a very kind gesture. It is as good as the pictures suggest. Staff were very helpful, the accommodation and facilities were clean and to a high standard. I wanted to unwind and relax during my time on Phu Quoc. Cassia Cottage was the perfect place to do this. If I ever return to Phu Quoc, this is where I'll stay.

Beautiful gardens and pools. We stayed in the seaside cottage which had an amazing view of the ocean. The cottage was spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing- Starbucks coffee!! The beach in front of the hotel was clean but…walking down the beach was a different story. Long Beach desperately needs to clean up the garbage that collects along its shores.

Ok hotel, but a bit dated.
Good service and friendly people working there. Minus was that the whole hotel is a bit old. The bar at the beach closed before sunset. And the free drink everyone got was not good at all. The breakfast was ok - but it did not taster like local. It was more touristy food. The main restaurant was good. There is also some restaurants in the street before the hotel that was cheap and good. Also som nice massage places. Good location.

We loved that there were shops and restaurants within an easy 10min walk but then after the hustle bustle of the Main Street a short wander bought you back to the quiet tropical haven of Cassia Cottage. The staff were great and attentive to any requests. The gardens, restaurant, pools and beach were clean and inviting and while not a shiny modern resort the boutique ambiance of the original cottages was exactly what we were looking for. We loved the private outdoor shower garden, good air con, and excellent wi fi in our spacious ocean view room with a mattress much firmer than we are used to being our only concern. The Malabar beach bar was being refurbished so closed while we were there but due to open very soon and we are sorry we missed experiencing the fabulous sunset from this prime location.

Cassia Cottage has a stunning location with a wonderful beach, we had a large sea view room with outdoor shower which was beautiful, the grounds were lovely and as a whole a very good hotel Small points to improve on for us were that the rooms were not cleaned very well, the bar closes at 7pm leaving guests with little alternative but to go elsewhere in the evening, luckily we found lots of nice restaurants and bars locally, food at The Spice in the evening was average at best when compared to other places and the evening entertainment needs updating as most music played was from the 1940s to 60s and mostly all were songs over 70 years old! We really enjoyed our stay here but Cassia could be even better if they wanted to by looking at what others are doing, prime example would be Mango Bay Resort, had the most amazing meal there and their sand on the bar (their equivalent of the Malabar) was infinitely better suited for familes and couples in their 30s to 60s

Totally loved this place. It is beautiful with lots of trees and gardens, and an especially lovely stream coursing through the property. We only had a very slight issue one day with getting housekeeping to clean our room, but it was a minor miscommunication, and any requests we had, such as replacing the room mini-fridge or the battery in the safe, were promptly addressed. The breakfast buffet had good variety, featuring different dishes each day, and excellent choices of fresh breads, all kinds of fruit and vegetables and fresh cooked eggs in any way a guest chose. The grounds are well-maintained, very pretty, and all 3 pools are very clean. Lastly, the staff were excellent - very friendly and helpful, and a big shout out to Ron, My, Phuong and Minh - thanks for making a visit to remember. I definitely recommend this place!

Perfect place to relax at the beach
Cassia Cottage is a perfect choice if you want a relaxing beach vacation in a lovely smaller hotel instead of a bigger beach resort. The little strip of private beach is great. The surf is mild, so it's excellent for swimming as well as lying in the sun all day. The rooms are quite large, simple but comfortable. Great balconies. The grounds are filled with beautiful plants and flowers, which create a lot of privacy. The location is great for walking on the beach, to local restaurants, or to the night market, and fast trips back and forth to the airport. Service is very good, with staff always willing to help with kindness. The hotel caters mostly to foreigners, from young to seniors and families. You can always find a staff member who speaks English. The massages at the hotel are quite a bit more than you pay on the beach but really much better. The breakfast is excellent. I wish the restaurant had a wider and more authentic selection of Vietnamese dishes, but I was always happy with the food and drinks. Great free yoga classes daily too. I hope I have the chance to come back to Cassia Cottage. It really was the perfect choice for pure beach relaxation.
