The picture of the rooms and the property is quite misleading as the majority of the rooms don even have windows. The expected facilities were non existent and I think it barely deserves three stars. The parking facility in the front of the hotel is good for 3-4 rooms..
Expedia, why you are not testing the properties and providing an honest description and verification of their claims? It is the third time in Thailand that those claims have been proved inaccurate and misleading in some cases as well. We expect Expedia to provide an honest audit and not to work in cahoots with some problematic facility owners. It’s unacceptable!
After an half hour debate with the hotel I was updated and the window was behind the toilet bowl, with a patio doors to the front.
Nice view and missed opportunity
