"Nice Hotel, however cleaning needs to be improved. I put my towel on the floor to get it replaced as it was dirty. They did just fold it and put it back in the shelf so it looked as it was replaced however it was not. Disgusting. "

"Entirely satisfied with our stay at Servatur Waikiki. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very organised. The only thing I could say is that some of the communal areas could do with a bit of a make over but that did not affect our stay in any shale or form "

"A really lovely place to stay with friendly helpful staff. The room (like a small house) was really well maintained and spotlessly clean and also well equipped It’s a 7 euro ride to the Jumbo but friends who were in accommodation nearer the Jumbo paid far more for inferior places"

"Great location and views. Great pools and activities for the kids. Rooms were nicely renovated and well equipped. Good to have so many drinks stations around the pool. Hotel was very busy during the week we went which meant finding a free table for dinner was stressful. But the food was good, with a good range for us and the kids. "

"After reading the negative reviews I became really anxious about my family holiday, to the point where I almost cancelled! I’m so pleased I didn’t because we had the most amazing time! "Lovely hotel, lots of nice pools and bars at a great price. Food was great. Me and my friend stayed half board and we got charged €2.90 for a draft soda in the canteen we thought was included with the meal which was the only annoying thing about the hotel. Also the bag room is not locked which I did not appreciate with our passports being in there etc. The rooms are great value for the money, the hotel was able to always het us taxis within minutes of asking which was helpful. "Fantastic family stay during a massive heatwave. Aircon room was appreciated. Pretty large pool with bar services and food. Beds are pretty comfortable as far as holiday beds go. Our only issue was the noise of the cleaners way in the morning. Cleaning carts wasn't so bad but the ladies would shout down to each other. "This was our seventh visit to this hotel and always feels like coming home. A relaxed holiday in wonderful surroundings. I had emailed requesting a certain room, which we had, so that was very much appreciated. Our room was cleaned daily to a high standard. "We had a lovely stay at the apartments. Everything was great. Apartments themselves were great, we had paid bit more for the one with aircon. Just to be aware there are lots of stairs to get to rooms. Lift everywhere so you can always get to it but it takes time so we mostly walked as we didn’t mind that. We had a half board and food was great, sometimes the freshly cooked meat was bit tasteless but there was always lots of other choice. Outdoor snack bar had pretty good choice of food, pizza and burgers were good. Only little negative about our stay was that main pool bar just closed at 5pm and sometimes even earlier. But that’s not something that would put us off from booking again. Location was great, beautiful views of mountain, nice walk on promade to the beach, lots of restaurants and shops. Supermarket was 2 mins walk too"
