"Didnt realize as this was off season that the coffee shop was CLOSED. this meant getting in the car in 20 degree weather and driving over a mile to Dunkin. Also no ice available tho unit interestingly had an ice bucket. Unit had no microwave and no in unit coffee maker which would have been helpful. Garbage in unit had not been collected. No interaction with owner other than via text. All that being said the location was great and it was very private. if they had coffee avail i would rent...
