Did get quick response and assistance when called number on contact card. Room was freezing upon checkin as someone turned over to ac in the dead of winter. Once things warmed up, comfortable. The turn plate in the microwave is the wrong part, so doesnt turn and doesnt heat correctly. I'm guessing other guests had multiple cars as there was inadequate patking. The pet area was filthy. "
