Foram duas situações, na chegado o rapaz da recepção foi inoperante e não me deu o quarto da reserva paga, me deu um quarto ruim, banheiro sujo, sem vista (a reserva especificava vista praia), não foi uma boa experiencia, porem, no dia seguinte pela manhã, a recepcionista foi extremamente gentil e eficiente, trocou o quarto para o correto com vista para o mar e tudo se regularizou. Cama cinfortavel, banheiro bom, cafe da manhã bom, localização excelente.

Não foi ruim apesar de ter me confundido e comprado as diarias para o local errado, porém acredito q descuido meu. Achei q estava conprando para o outro maior com piscinas e espacos grandes ... mas enfim fora uma pequena umidade no quarto q desciam das paredes e um cheiro muito forte de mofo foi tranquilo.

Equipe muito atenciosa e limpeza cuidadosa são os diferenciais desta propriedade. Já a estrutura deixa a desejar. Quarto ruidoso por equipamentos mal mantidos: frigobar barulhento e chuveiro que não fecha direito e fica pingando a noite toda. Também estava faltando o criado mudo de um dos lados da cama. Wi-Fi com sinal ruim, mesmo em quarto ao lado da recepção. O quarto estava preparado com ar-condicionado a 18 graus, um gelo. Como chegamos tarde, tivemos de dormir no frio, já que não é interessante abrir as janelas para ventilar pois a região tem mosquitos a noite.

Foi tudo perfeito. Os funcionários foram sempre muito educados e solícitos. O café da manhã é bem diversificado e as meninas da cozinha fazem na hora omelete e tapioca. As acomodações são muito boas e sempre bem limpas. O hotel fica a certa de 10 minutos do aeroporto então é facil chegar. A praia em frente é mais tranquila com algumas opções de bares e restaurantes. Mais de carro é facil chegar no centro ou ir para as praias mais ao norte.

O hotel não é ruim, pegamos hotéis melhores na viagem de 1 mês, mas em frente ao mar, apesar de reservarmos um quarto triplo que se houvesse disponibilidade com vista mar, porém estava lotado, café da manhã bem mais ou menos, em 1 mês de viagem alguns lugares pareciam padaria de tanta opção, não é o caso desse! Mas hotel razoável no geral.
