"The staff was exceptional, and the breakfast was great. Everything was perfect since it was close to our business we needed to conduct. They did warn us to email our ID's prior to coming to speed up the process, I did not. I have no idea why they have to have our id's for so long. The wait was long for this tired traveler, but again, that is on me, they warned me, but still strange to me, since I travel VERY often and have never had this happen."

"For a comfort stay, the hotel is great. It is near to one big shopping mall, which is convenient for dine & shop within walking distance. Like the option of the hotel coffeshop where could grab a simple breakfast or afternoon coffee."

"Excellent service. We had a couple of problems with our room but the problem was fixed literally within minutes of our calling the front desk. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Very close to the airport, the Mall of Asia, and dining options are innumerable. We plan to return to Microtel on our next trip."
