"The biggest issue i had with this hotel was the karaoke I could not hear nothing not my family nor the front and there was some drunk singers I could hear them from my room which was in the third floor the hotel was also extremely outdated but I loved the fact that the beach and ocean were very close to my room which was nice."

"The staff at Belo are so friendly and helpful! From the cleaning staff to the restaurant to the grounds and front desk! Everyone goes above and beyond to make your stay a memorable one. I see some complaints about the restaurant having slow service but remember, this is not a huge all inclusive with a huge buffet sitting there who knows how long. "The front desk staff facilitated an easy check in. I picked this hotel because it was in easy walking distance from the ferry. The room was clean, bed Súper comfortable. The AC would have felt much better if the room had a ceiling fan to circulate the cool air. In the evenings the room was a bit on the warmer side. They have a place where you can fill your water bottle … huge because the weather is so warm it’s important to hydrate. Right next to is a place to rent golf carts . "
