We had stayed 5 nights over here. Once we checked in and tried to make the dining reservations with guest services, they said all fully booked for this entire week and suggested us to have all buffets for these 5 nights. This is very ridiculous and not make any senses. Within these 5 nights stayed, there were 2 times no powers and water provided. I don't think this hotel is worth of 5 stars and won't come back .

Pros: The food and the pools were good. Cons: Terrible room cleaning service, 2/3rd of employees not friendly, and bring your own Yeti cup because one bartender literally made me drink with a dirty used cup right in front of me, didn’t even try to hide it.

The property was beautiful and very welcoming. We felt welcome and appreciated the quick access to the room prior to checking time because of our VIP status. I also enjoyed extending the check out due to the VIP points. To us, the highlights were the delicious assortment of food available. We thought that David and Julio in the dining areas were exceptional. And the crown jewel were the two ladies in charge of entertainment. We loved the energy provided by Pineapple and Mamajuana. WOW! We loved all the activities we did with them, such as bingo, dart game, aqua fitness class, and night events. There are a few minor issues with the bathroom you must avoid one of the showers as the water seeps outside. A few suggestions: you need another waste basket in the room, make sure the pump for the lotion works, and add a full length mirror. The app was just OK. Perhaps you should post in the lobby all of the options as sometimes we stumbled upon activities that were not included in the app.

Property is very clean and the beach is beautiful. Staff were friendly and did their best to ensure we had a great vacation. Two problems with the resort include ; trying to get a reservation for the restaurants is very difficult even though they weren't busy and the fact you needed to produce a towel card to obtain a towel for the day.

Me in a group of friends went to this resort to celebrate a birthday, and unfortunately, they were not accommodate into larger parties. This resort seems to be geared to couples only or groups of two. The food and drinks was horrible in every restaurant and bar the buffet has limited options. Very unfortunate experience will not be returning and I do not recommend.

Serenade all suites for adults had a beautiful beach. The room was also very nice. However the resort missed the mark with dining. I was told you had to make reservations however whenever I tried I couldn’t I’m fact I was told the next reservation wasn’t available until the 18th I arrived on the 12th and left on the 15th. All I could get to eat was buffet food. The Hot tub was never hot it was actually cold. No entertainment no shows no activities. Staff was friendly.

Absolutely amazing trip and place! Stayed for 6 days and have little to no complaints! Room was excellent and always nice and clean! The staff was so kind and made awesome drinks! If you’re looking for a nice and relaxing vacation this is definitely the place to go!

The resort is nice, the pools and beach were not terribly busy so you can find a lounger. Staff were pleasant. The food selection and quality were average as were the drinks. If you like quiet this is a good place to come.

I will start with my cons: 1. Our greeting upon arrival was not welcoming. Our check in person was not friendly and I sensed he was getting annoyed that I could not understand what he was asking at times. This is my 6th all-inclusive experience and the ONLY ONE that we did NOT receive a WELCOME DRINK. 2. The resort lost power several times. Mostly during the night, but then we were left with no air or fan to sleep. They corrected it within an hour, but we noticed it. 3. We had the master suite that had a large jacuzzi on the balcony. On our first morning I received a call at 5:00 am that asked me to check my jacuzzi as they said it was leaking. We did not use it. My husband got out of bed and confirmed that it was not us. He could hear that our neighbors had a terrible sound coming from their balcony. Again, our sleep was interrupted. 4. I was looking forward to using the rain shower. I did have a hot shower on the first day. I never could get hot water in that shower again for the rest of the trip. We had two bathrooms and the other shower was hit or miss with hot water. 5. The master suite was big, but the decor was tired. 6. We could use the family side, but did not have access to their schedule without going over there to view it. The pros: 1. The food was very good and a good variety. 2. Pools were clean and umbrellas for everyone! 3. Piano bar had good singers/instrumentalist every night. Overall - we enjoyed our stay but this resort has some issues to work on!

The resort is absolutely stunning! The buffet was excellent; so many options and great quality food. The restaurants were also very good except for the French, very small portions and just not to our liking. The drinks were delicious and the service was excellent. Although the beach itself is beautiful, there is no separation from the family side and there are constant people trying to sell you things so it's not relaxing at all. The resort itself is not huge and everything is very walkable so it's nice not to have to wait for a trolly to get anywhere. Overall a lovely vacation and we will definitely be returning!
