"Dans l'une des chambres nous avons demandés à plusieurs reprises de remettre l'eau chaude cela n'a pas été fait. On ne nous a meme pas proposé de changer de chambre alors que je l'avais demandé. J'espère recevoir une compensation car c'était tres limite."

"Go to Disneyland Paris got there a day early so we need a place to stay. Two draw backs first no one was around until 5:00pm this is like a Bed And Breakfast not a hotel. Second we stayed in main suite in the main house great room! Tub Shower awful hard to get into hard to use if your over 60 don’t try. Over all we loved the place and the family was super friendly. We left very early to take train to Paris so not sure about food. "

"Easy checkin. The clerk at the check in desk was extremely accommodating and addressed all questions and concerns promptly. The room was spacious and the breakfast was filling and varied. We only stayed one night at this hotel but from our experience, we would not hesitate to recommend this hotel when visiting or on transit through Rubelles. The staff goes above and beyond expectations."

"Les travaux se terminent pour l'heure espace spa privatif et payant. L'accès à une piscine était gratuit et représentait un plus par rapport aux autres hôtels des alentours. "Our stay was amazing! The hosts were incredibly kind and made us feel like part of the family. They generously let us use different areas of the property, including the courtyard. "Small hotel with very friendly and efficient staff. I am a very light sleeper and my room was right next to the elevator and the elevator shaft. I asked to be changed and the front desk manager was so helpful. The room I was then given was in tbe very corner of the top floor and very quiet and peaceful. "
