"The staff at Hotel Ranga are extremely accommodating, helpful and friendly. I visited on a family trip and the hotel staff were responsive and helped to book all our excursions through the hotel in Iceland. We also had last minute changes to our excursions and the staff helped my family make changes to our itinerary very last minute."

"We have a lovely one night stay at Skalakot. It’s very charming, simple hotel in beautiful surroundings. The bed was comfy and the shower was good. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The spa was small but nice, gets quite cramped if there are more than 4 people in there. I think it would benefit from an outdoor hot tub. Dinner was nice, breakfast was ok. "

"Staying at The Garage in Iceland was absolutely amazing! The place was perfect—immaculately clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. "We enjoyed our stay at the guesthouse! Everything was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant the night of our arrival and highly recommend it, breakfast was great too! Lastly, we were able to see the northern lights on property and enjoyed not needing to travel to see them."

"I have stayed in 20+ hotels in Iceland. This guesthouse is a shining beacon above every place I have stayed in Iceland, Scotland, England and Germany. I liked this guesthouse so much, that I changed my business plans so I could stay an extra night. I couldn’t bring myself to stay in another generic hotel further North in the city.
