"Okay, so I hadn’t paid attention when I booked the room. I didn’t read the specs of the room. It was small, very small. I couldn’t even open my suitcase flat anywhere in the room unless it was on the bed. Nit a great first impression. The room was spotless though. I approached reception to express my frustration and they immediately went into classic Thai gracious hospitality mode. They showed empathy, courtesy and true professionalism. The manager upgraded me to a larger room. I was willing to pay the extra but the manager declined the offer and simply said they just wanted me to be happy. My new room was amazing and the entire staff ensured that my stay would be memorable."

"We stayed a month at this resort and we absolutely loved it! The location is amazing. Ocean views with a short distance walk to the beach. It’s very family friendly . My kids loved it and are already asking when can we be back! The staff is amazing ! Very friendly, accommodating and welcoming. The kitchen staff especially Chef Pan , Mai , Tiwa, Mai Mai, ing, MAs, Kate, Pookam, Art and all the others were just amazing!! My kids made friends with them and we will definitely miss them :) Highly recommend anyone who is looking to stay not to far from attractions in a beautiful resort!"

"Staff service and attentiveness levels very high. Standards across the board very high. Two very small points for hotel to consider: 1: Passenger lift to have fan / ventilation added (we live in hot climate and lift in our apartment has this) 2: For the rooms like ours for this stay that have terrace day bed it would be great to have a shaded area / parasol so can sit out on terrace and enjoy views without direct sun to deal with. "

"It is down a very quiet street and has beach & pool access. Staff was good. Love all the cats! Not really walkable to much, but a short Bolt ride. "
