"Had to pay double the rate as a deposit on top of the price after already paying for the room- a hidden cost. Do not be fooled by the photos- our view was of a very large Marina building- our sunlight was reflected off it.The place is a maze of appartments with no sense in the numbering, this adds anxiety when you arrive. Place smelt musty to begin with, is spartan, soulless and of brutal, builders grade materials. Instructions to leave the place clean were sent 4 times-completely unnecessary....

"The location was brilliant for trips to Saint Tropez and Port Grimaud. However, decoration slightly dated. Bathroom very poor as only small 1/2 bath and no shower head holder. No toiletries and reception only open at certain times. Wifi only available for one device. Pool was closed and no breakfast options available. If it was summer months it would be a lot better.
