"My husband has Parkinson's and he had difficulty several times when in the lobby and restaurant area and staff were very kind and helpful when we needed it. The room was nice and clean and quiet, we picked further down the end of the hall and it was wonderful. It was very close to everything we needed during our stay and didn't have to walk at much."

"The person at the reception desk seemed completely disinterested in his job, as if he was being bothered by the fact that we were checking in (granted, we were checking in after 11 p.m., but I would expect a more welcoming check-in after a flight). The room needed a little bit of a facelift. There was also construction going on across the street at night making it impossible to sleep."

"It was a truly marvelous place to stay--within walking distance of places I wanted to visit. Very spacious suite. Wonderful breakfast choices. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful.
