"This was my second time staying here and it did not disappoint. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Perfect for staying overnight if you have a VanAndel event to go. Its right across the street! Two bars/restaurants at ground level have great options. The parking garage connected to the hotel will get full on a weekend by 5pm, so keep that in mind. "Best time I had with a friend even though we kept getting lost in hotel lol. Room service was wonderful for myself but not so much for my friend. The middle of her pizza was soggy and all she really ate was the crust. Everything was very tidy and employees friendly"

"Registration staff were amazing! Hotel is clean and updated and the location is great! Not super impressed with the burger place there. Bar staff was not friendly. They didn't even acknowledge us when we sat down. We asked to sit elsewhere. Food was mediocre at best. Order got screwed up but the did remedy that. Overall, hotel was great!
