"Von den reservierten drei Einzelzimmern stand nur ein Zimmer zur Verfügung. Ob der Fehler bei Expedia.de oder dem Hotel lag, kann ich nicht beurteilen. Es führte jedenfalls dazu, dass wir kurzfristig ca. 15-20 weitere Hotels kontaktieren mussten, um überhaupt noch eine Unterkunft für die Nacht zu bekommen. Inklusive zusätzlicher Anreise von 1,5 Stunden zum nächsten freien Hotel."

"War skeptisch wegen der Hostel Geschichte. Aber das Hostel ist super schön. Es funktioniert alles reibungslos. Die Betreiber Familie ist einfach toll. Das war ein Stück weit wie zuhause. Ich komme wieder. Auch Schotten selber habe ich schätzen gelernt. Toller Ort, tolles Hostel und vor allem tolle Menschen. Alle sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Findet man so eher selten."

"Mukava pikku kaupunki vierailla. Hotellin respan löytyminen hankalaa. Sijaitsee eri osoitteessa kuin itse majapaikka. Hoyels.com ohjaa majapaikkaan. Pensionaatilla ei omaa pysäköintipaikkaa vasn pysäköinti kadulla tai viereisen liike/asuinkompleksin sisäpihalla. Onneksi saimme ohjausta paikallisilta henkilöiltä, muuten olisi ollut vaikeuksia. "Nein danke, nicht noch mal. Unfreundlicher Wirt, nette Mitarbeiter. Sehr runtergekommenes Hotel. löchrige Laken, Brand/Rauchmelder ohne Batterie. Kein Kühlschrank. Keine Annehmlichkeiten - Wasserkocher etc. Frühstück ausreichend, normale Hausmannskost. Diskussion wegen angeblich nicht bezahlten Zimmers. Mit Expedia gebucht und bezahlt! Wlan selten bis gar nicht verfügbar. Alles in allem nicht mehr schön und sehr abgenutzt/defekt. "

"Outdated decor. Rooms not cleaned. Dead flies, bathroom spiders web in the corner. Curtains not clean. Breakfast basic. No member of staff able to speak english. Lucky for me my daughter can speak basic German. Kitchen in suit has no cutlery, pans, cups or glasses. For some reason there was no rubbish bin provided."

"This is a well restored old building with a nice large traditionally furnished room. There is no on site reception and there was only a link to an unhelpful answering service via the provided link. We found the direct number of the helpful owner on the web and key handover was unproblematic after speaking to him. Noise from an adjacent room is heard loudly. The Wifi network worked only intermittently and the absence of local management made it impossible to fix it. These flaws unfortunately...
