Your reception person Elly was fabulous.
She turned my sour lemon stay into one of lemonade.
She was the only staff on duty when I checked in.
Once I got to my room, I had a sour odor coming from my refrigerator (the freezer)section .
I went back to the front desk and Elly immediately came down and cleaned out the freezer and with that I noticed that the air conditioner was not working she tried and told me, let’s give it 15 minutes maybe to recycle and in the meantime I will reach out to my manager.
In 15 minutes I called Elly back and told her that it was still not working.
Again she immediately came down and started checking things again and with her manager on the phone she was actually laying on the floor looking for a plug or a breaker to possibly reset it, that didn’t work but she was able to get me a table top fan from the laundry room, which was able to keep the air circulating in the room.
I am a retired tradesman and I understand things happen, but your employee went above and beyond to make it comfortable for me.
I do hope that your company recognizes the value of this employee.
