"The property is located in the historic center of San Marino. It’s quite an uphill climb, so those with mobility issues might consider elsewhere. Otherwise, the bathroom was excellent, and the hotel was clean. I forgot a Bluetooth speaker in my room, and the staff called me within 5 minutes and met me at the gate to the center, so I didn’t have to drag my luggage back up the hills. Excellent service. "

"Palazzo Rotati is an ancient building right in the middle of downtown Fano. Perfectly maintained and decorated by ancient beautiful paintings. As soon as you get inside you feel transported centuries ago. Our room was excellent, with the best mattress I ever experienced.
