"Staff was great. Our room was a bit small but others were larger. AC leaked the last few days creating issues and we had an animal in the bathroom fan vent. Made lots of noise in the middle of the night. Pool area was great. Large pier was great. Snorkeling out front was amazing. "

"This is a great place to stay in West Bay. Lots to do, many restaurants close by, amazing beach with prime snorkeling right off shore. The beach and hotel staff are wonderful and very attentive - shout out to Marvin, Joel, Jose, Byron and Marlen! There are many kids and families who stay at this property and the hotel is currently doing some renovations and updating the rooms/balconies and outside structures. "Staff were amazing! Rooms are quaint, small and simple. If you want 5 star this may not be a good option. The bar/restaurant is pretty cool. You can also walk to everything you need. Beds are comfy, shower has hot water, and again staff are top notch! The owners are wonderful and always helpimg staff and greeting guests. Amazing folks! The location is perfect. I will be back to Roatan and Splash Inn."
