"Stayed one night, hotels locks front door promptly at 23:00. The room we had was spacious and sea-front facing. It was clean and centrally heated, had sufficient towels and pillows. The interior is dated, but given we stayed only one night it didn't detract. We had to ask for coffee and loo roll, but the staff was friendly and provided without question. We didn't eat at the hotel."

"The apartments are lovely, and have everything you need; washing machine, microwave, toaster, oven etc. The only thing that would stop me coming again, is the exorbitant price charged for dogs. £20 per dog PER NIGHT! We have 2 small dogs, staying for 5 nights which would be an extra £200 on the bill! We queried it, and they reduced it to £15 per dog per night. But that is still an extra £150. Other places we have stayed in, charge between £20-£50 per stay. So, as lovely and convenient as it is,...

"It’s a fantastic hotel with amazing views as you’d expect from the name. The staff are ever so friendly and helpful and I really enjoyed making the most of the gym and other facilities especially as I visited in a quiet season. The only downside is that the mattress in the room felt very stiff and dated. Apart from that I’d stay there again! (Maybe in a different room though) "

"Room was perfectly acceptable (room 210) - ensuite was clean, nice mirror in main room, comfy bed with a good supply of teas/coffees. Good location opposite Eastbourne Pier. Only negative is a nasty stain on the wall 0n the right hand side of the bed - looks like someone has puked against the wall."

"For the price was very good just a few negatives 1) I asked if i could leave my luggage before booking in time and was told yes and given code to enter.....but no one came so for security reasons i could not really leave it. 2) No word done on room between my 3 nights stay 3) long life milk was curdled ? down to very hot weather?)"

"A beautiful seafront hotel that really stands out. The design is amazing from the lobby to the rooms, which are very comfortable. The amenities offered were as expected.
