"We were very happy with the offering at this hotel, we were able to secure a room for Friday night on short notice. The staff were very friendly and we experienced the most efficient check in of any hotel. Very quick, no wasted effort, and a friendly exchange with the counter staff. "Beautiful rural property. Each room being unique, choose carefully as to your personal preference for bath/ shower etc. Restaurant served a delicious dinner by an exemplary serveuse named Diana. Check out went smoothly even with some language difficulties. Walking distance, Just around the corner from Boussard domain where we had an excellent tasting amd purchased some lovely Chablis. "

"We turned up at the hotel for a 3nights extended bank holidays weekend just to find out that the hotel was privatised and fully booked with nowhere to sleep in town or in the neighbouring villages !!! Owner refused to speak to Hotels.com since apparently he has only signed a contract with Expedia (but didn’t acknowledge it was the same company!) and refused to speak English... Hotels.com was not able to sort it out not find anywhere else and we had to drive back home 3hrs in the other direction...

" We stayed at this hotel for one night in August and had a wonderful experience. Our room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. The couple managing the property were attentive and extremely helpful. The hotel is conveniently located within a short and pleasant walk to the city center. "Parking is open around the area and wasn’t too hard to find. We could walk into town easily. The staff is very kind and breakfast was a diverse assortment. The rooms are small but it is comfortable and all you need. I like how you could turn off the lights from in bed. "

"Tucked away in the beautiful town of Chablis, this hotel has the aura of luxury and elegance without the price ticket. Very clean, spacious bar, lounge and restaurant. We enjoyed a private sauna and relaxation before an excellent evening meal. The toon was very charming and comfortable with an excellent shower. "A very convenient apartment within a short walk from everything this delightful village offers. Plenty of space, bathroom and kitchen are new. There was a small issue with the apartment we reserved. The spiral staircase was difficult for this senior to maneuver our luggage up to the space. There was no offer from staff to help. When I expressed my concern to the owner, she apologized and requested a staff member help when we finished our stay. Otherwise, highly recommended!"
