"Good location, convenient for most places in Tokyo via subway (Roppongi station is a short walk away). The local area isn't that interesting except maybe for the teamLabs location (if you can get tickets) but its not a bad base. Hotel staff are frieendly and helpful. Main drawbacks are (1) like all APA facilities the rooms are *very* small so its tough to even unpack a suitcase and (2) this hotel has a very small "footprint" and therefore has only one elevator... so in the morning rush hour it...

"The room size is good. Bathroom is a bit dated but clean. Location has lots of restaurant options and it’s right next to Hibiya metro line. We enjoyed our time at this location. "

"We couldn't open our room window throughout our stay at the hotel as we could smell cigarettes coming from the floor below. Hence, we have to close it. The air-con in the room was not strong and we couldn't adjust the temperature. Hence, the room was very warm and stuffy. Poor air ventilation."

"TLDR: This is a perfectly acceptable hotel. Nothing too special, nothing bad. The Roppongi area is incredibly expensive, so I do not recommend staying here if you are on a budget (especially if you want a quick bite to eat like me, who did not research enough). The room was tiny (even for Japan) yet comfortable, and the HVAC was nice. The TV didn't really do anything unless you want to pay for a random TV service, but there were lots of freebies. "
