"We had to go to Bangkok before checking in. The airport agent helped us send our luggage from the airport to the hotel with the hotel van. It was waiting for us at the hotel when we checked in several hours later. Incredible service! I highly recommend this hotel to anybody who needs to stay near the airport!"

"I recently checked in at Solitaire Sukhumvit Bangkok after a delayed flight, feeling quite exhausted. However, my experience was immediately uplifted by the warm and friendly reception from Tasha (Ruangkhao). Her genuine smile made me feel relaxed and comfortable right away. "Pros: there is a Starbucks attached to the hotel. Also this particular Starbucks is a Hotspot for ig pictures due to it having a Londonish design. Mcdonalds and convenience store is 3 blocks away and a Lawson 3 blocks away on the other way. There is a golf simulator across the street. Cons (nitpicking here): need larger bowls, the bowls provided is not large enough to eat noodles out of. The jacuzzi gets warm at best, not hot at all. Even with the cons I would stay here again. "
