"The first night I was there, I could smell the smoke from the nearby smoking room, each time it was used. The second day, the staff moved me to a room on the other half of the floor, which I very much appreciated. I took a downgrade in bed size, but I could live with that. "This is one of the best hotels I have ever lived in Utsynomiya. I visit to Utsynomiya once a year, and it is hardly find an affordable while comfortable hotel. Finally, I am able to find one. Highly recommend this hotel. I stayed in this hotel for three nights. Room is spacious.The hotel itself is convenient as it is located nearby the JR station. Staff are helpful and polite. There are many options in the breakfast buffet. I will choose to stay here again."

"Very convenient location to Utsunomiya station. Checkin was seamless. The usual smallish business hotel room. Although it had a better layout than other places we've stayed, which made it easier with our luggage. Room vacuuming seems a bit slapdash as we found hair on the floor around the room. Breakfast buffet was excellent and the restaurant staff were fantastic. Like most business hotels the pillows were the flat buckwheat style, so not great. "
