"Everything was perfect. Minus the fact that you can’t find any food or beverage at all on the resort after 11pm. Also the dinner service every night was extremely slow and the staff claimed to be out of a lot of food items the whole trip - turns out they just didn’t want to make them… outside of that, the resort is beautiful and well maintained and the staff wait on you hand and foot. Definitely would go back. "

"Our air conditioning in room 1721 could not keep up properly, our clothing felt wet when getting dressed in the morning. Only 1 elevator worked, so took the stairs often, stairwells weren’t always clean. Otherwise, breakfast was very good, ate other meals off property, with a few good options near by. "Located in the heart of hotel zone, this property is very conveniently located close to everything. Very lively hostel and good food. one thing about breakfast is: i did not expect the b/f to be soo good and extensive. i really wish every hostel learns how to serve breakfast like them. "Location, beautiful area. Beach needs some updates ( fix stairs on the beach) . In general clean facility; the building itself old and needs some remodeling. We were lucky with beautiful weather. This resort is old but a great option for budget friendly vacation. We enjoyed ocean, beach, sun , food. "They had originally given us an ocean view on the 1st floor, but we didn't like it, it wasn't like the photo it showed when we selected the room, we asked for a change and they very kindly accommodated us on another ocean view with a king size bed, much better like the one we chose when booking. Very good clean rooms. Delicious food. Marcopolo's breakfast buffet needs more variety. The a la carte restaurants have very good dishes. For 3 ppl or less is better the airport transportation with the hotel, the rate is better than the taxi outside. The shops inside for jewelry and other items are terribly expensive. Overall it was a pleasant stay, we will definitely return."

"We enjoyed our time at the Finest Playa Mujeres Resort. The staff was friendly, easy to get seated at restaurants (even with our large group - 21 people). No complaints by anyone in our group; even the kids had a great time, which always makes it easier for the parents to relax and enjoy themselves. From what my friends/family have told me, it is on the pricier side, but you get what you pay for. We will definitely go back."
