Staff always went out of their way to make our stay special, turndown and cleaning service was great, bfast buffet was 10/10, and property is just stunning. "Sara was wonderful! So helpful and friendly. The property is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood in easy walking distance to the downtown area of Siena. We took a taxi to the Duomo on our first day so we could see where things were and then walked everywhere the rest of the time. An excellent room (we were ground floor and I don't think there were elevators so be careful if that is an issue). It was bright and airy and quite comfortable and clean."
