There are lots of homeless people camping on the streets by the hotel. The hotel itself sits underneath a freeway interchange and next to railroad tracks so it can get a little noisy at times.

A lot homeless lives in front of the property. There is good space to improve in terms of cleanning, bed quality and the smell inside the room. Works for a very necessary situation but there are better places.
