Great location. Staff was very friendly and the included breakfast was quite good. Parking is very expensive. They shouldn’t charge that much when staying at the hotel.

Good location just a block away from Pier 39. Trader Joe's and Walgreens nearby. The F Trolley which takes you to BART is within a block. Easy for public transportation and activities. They give a small bottle of water to each person at check in; a bottle per person per day would be an even nicer gesture. We left our bags with Bell Service after checkout until late evening pickup for flight. Enjoyed our stay.

Loved the breakfast available. Best location for pier 39. Lobby was beautiful to sit in and kill time before late night flights. Some affordable snacks in the cafe/bistro, lovely bar for night drinks. Great drive through area for taxi’s,Ubers and Waymo’s. 1 negative I was on level 2, and unsure what was above me as it felt like a herd of elephants who woke up early each day
